Microsoft, which has achieved success in the software industry with its game console and subscription services, continues its work. The company, which updates its services, including Game Pass with new free games every month, recently announced its July 2023 calendar. The free games for Games with Gold in July have been revealed.

Microsoft has announced the July 2023 games exclusively for Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass Ultimate members as part of the Games with Gold program. This month’s titles cover Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles, and thanks to backward compatibility support, Xbox Series X|S users will not be left out of these games.
Games with Gold offers two games to Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass Ultimate subscribers in July. In this scope, Darkwood will be available to users from July 1st to 31st, and When the Past was Around will be available from July 16th to August 15th.
Thanks to Microsoft’s family and friend plan offered to subscribers recently, the Game Pass Ultimate subscription can be used by up to four additional people apart from the account holder. With the Ultimate subscription, Game Pass can be played on the console, PC, or in the cloud. Additionally, access to the entire EA Play and Xbox Live Gold catalog will be available.
Although the new subscription tier allows users to use Game Pass Ultimate benefits from a single account, it has some restrictions. Microsoft stated that the accounts in the shared profile must reside in the same country.
The Game Pass Friends & Family plan is also limited in terms of time. This means you can access all the features of Ultimate for 18, 12, or 6 days with restrictions.
